What Does Your Installation Include?

We strongly recommend stripping all existing shingles and water barriers, and replacing them with new materials. This allows us to expose the underlying roof sheathing and confirm that there is no damage to the roof's foundation.

If you've noticed water infiltration from inside the home, you may need to have the sheathing replaced with new plywood as well.

Strip and replace all shingles and water barriers.
